The side clamp or end clamp is an essential mounting component in a photovoltaic installation and is used to secure a solar panel to an aluminum building profile. It is used for mounting photovoltaic panels on both flat and sloped roofs.
Clamps are available in a black anodized version.

Aluminum anodizing, also known as anodization, is an electrochemical process during which a layer of aluminum oxide is formed on the metal's surface. The resulting anodized coating exhibits increased strength and corrosion resistance.
The clamp is compatible with the following mounting profiles: Hexagonal screw aluminum profiles. T / hammer screw aluminum profiles. Trapezoidal profiles for roofs made of trapezoidal sheet metal.

EN AW-6060 (AlMgSi) is a heat-treatable aluminum alloy with moderate strength. It has excellent corrosion resistance, very good weldability, and good cold formability.
